Peace of Mind With Lifeline

A service of WVUH-East, Lifeline provides an immediate caring response at the press of a button…24 hours a day!

Lifeline is an easy-to-use medical alert service that ensures older adults living at home get quick assistance whenever it is needed. Within seconds of pushing the waterproof Personal Help Button (either worn as a pendant or wristband) a certified Personal Response Associate responds, assesses the situation and summons appropriate help, whether it is a neighbor, relative or ambulance.

In addition to the medical alert service, the Lifeline CarePartner Telephone With Reminders allows up to six reminders to be recorded to help subscribers remember appointments, when to take their medications, or other important messages. When using the telephone, each button pushed is announced, helping the visually impaired know which button has been pressed.

For peace of mind for yourself and your family, inquire about Lifeline by calling
1-866-674-9900 ext.4331.

Serving Berkeley, Morgan and Jefferson counties, the monthly cost range from $40—$45 depending on the particular service model desired. Coupons are available to offset the one-time installation fee.
