Diagnostic Imaging Department, or x-ray department, in affiliation
with West Virginia University utilizes teleradiology services.
This technology enables physicians to have 24-hour a day access
to specialists for readings of x-rays, CT scans, and MRI's. The
hospital has recently added a new Computer Aided Detection (CAD)
mammography system. The CAD system improves early detection by
24%.
