Benefits — Hospital Discounts
Hospital Services
After assignment of all insurance, a 20% discount on the self-pay portion of the patient's balance will be available on all bills incurred at City Hospital, Inc. and Jefferson Memorial Hospital. This discount is limited to $1,000 per individual, per procedure. Payment must begin within 45 days of billing. Payroll deduction is available at the facility in which the employee works.
Wellness Center
City Hospital employees receive a 50% discount on Wellness Center membership. Payroll deduction is available.
Hospital Cafeteria
Employees receive a discount on meals in the hospital's cafeteria. Hospital name badge must be presented to the cashier to receive discount.
