Cessation Class

Description: This
class is a 7-week program developed by the American Lung Association.
It is a program that teaches all the tools required to quit
smoking and has one of the best success rates in the country.
It provides education about reasons as to why the problem
tends to exist and why so many people do not succeed when
they attempt to quit by themselves. The program helps the
participants to determine what their individual triggers are
and how to avoid them. The program addresses addiction and
habits. It also teaches stress management, life style management,
fitness, appropriate diet, communication skills, helps them
to develop a support group and many other tools that will
help the participants to deal with this problem. |
