Class:
Description: The prenatal class deals with various topics
of discussion including: maternal changes, normal fetal
development, nutrition, exercise, common discomfort and
solutions, breathing/relaxation techniques, stages
of labor and delivery, normal procedures, comfort measures, and
medications, cesarean birth and vaginal birth after cesarean,
breastfeeding, postpartum self-care for mom, newborn care
and care seat safety.
Target Population: Expectant moms and significant other(s)
